New…..THE IRISH EMIGRANT TRAIL - Decorative Wall Map c1847 - Just launched, a Historic Wall Map with detailed notes - charts the Historic Journey of over 2 million Irish emigrants, who crossed the Atlantic to America and Canada to escape the Great Irish Famine of 1845-1849. This striking, historic Wall Map captures, what for many Irish-American families to-day, was their beginning - whilst for the Irish at home it seemed almost like the end.

In 1849, Patrick Kennedy an Irish farmer was part of that Historic Journey - 111 years later his great grandson JF Kennedy, was elected President of America.

A piece of US-Irish History at a glance, linking the late 1840's right up to to-day. Printed in fine detail on parchment type paper with special 'heat raised-embossed' effect.
